Ghost towns!

So this new dlc it makes ghost towns over time all the towns will be dead to the vamp death squads.

But why can't bethesda just implementing a special feature that when a person in the town dies a new random gen'd person is created in their place with a new random gen'd name. So you know it happens they could add an obituary slab in town's you can go to see who died that week in that town and also see who moved in to town recently. Now you still get vamp death squads and the towns don't become desolate.

edit: of course they will need to implement rules for rng of the villagers so that the dialogue needs will always be kept. Like a particular quest can only be given by argonian female then the rng will always gen a argonian female if that quest's giver dies.

Yeah.. In my world Riften is wiped out above ground and Whiterun is getting thin. I'm currently carrying 8 letters of inheritence that I've recieved just since I installed the DLC. Every single time I go to riften it gets attacked by something now. On one jaunt there I recieved a letter of inheritence and when the couriour got through talking the town was immedietly attacked by a master vampire, a thrall, one of hell hounds, and a theif was also running around in the frey.
They really need to give the citizens who don't stand a chance in a fight a fast flee response instead of them joining in the fighting.

My guards seem to be doing a fine job for me. I often find dead master vampires right next to the main gate with no citizen dead.

Yep since installing DG many of my villages and citys are now empty of everyone except guards. People should get replaced after maybe one game month has gone by. They could fairly easily program the code to generate random personalities and names. Everything else gets replaced guards bandits dragons animals and there seems to be a never ending supply of vamps no matter how many I kill. I would also like to see a bit more emotion from those left behind. For example the day after a vamp attack people should say things like vampires attacked last night someone got killed it was horrible. True the guards say something like this but it would be the talk of the town not just something a guard mentions in passing.

After one attack which left Adrienne dead, I went into Warmaiden's and asked her husband who forges the weapons and armour and he replied that "Since Adrienne's death, he got supplied by the Khajiit." Nice touch I thought.

Yeah same thing happened to me Proventus didn't seem bothered though and I would expect War Bear to take on someone to do the smithing.

Wait, NPC's respawn after 200 hours? Sweet. I don't think i've ever let anyone die, so I didn't know.

Wait, (again) is that 200 gameplay hours or ingame hours?
