Has anyone else had an issue with the alchemy station purchased for your home in Whiterun not showing up?

It's a bug. Hearthfire fixed it for me. Or you can uninstall Dawnguard, buy the lab and re-install the DLC,

WARNING: When I uninstalled Dawnguard, I lost all the Dawnguard related items I found permanently.
