So I rescued the moth priest and reported it to Isran and got the moth priest to read the elder scroll and then the dialouge where isran tells him to get some rest.

Here is where the glitch is:
The moth priest won't move from that spot, the quest marker still says to speak with him, and when I try to do so I keep getting the message "This person is busy." so now the quest is no longer completable.

Playing on Xbox.
