problems with unfinished Quests

1) talk to jarl, hes gone and cant talk to him
2) Forbidden legend; cant retrieve the amulet in geirmunds hall, the wall never opens to leave
3) find panteas flute; got it but cant give it to her
4) find rjorns drum got it but cant give it to him
5) kill the bandit leader located at rift watchtower; cant complete
6) speak to degaine; cant complete
7) help selveni escape the cave; cant get person out of the cave
8) find arvaks skull in soul cairn; completed uest cant get back
9) find the black book in tel mithryn tower; completed quest but still list in misc
10) find the copy of cleansing the fane; had book but cant turn in

im level 81 and to late to turn back... please clean up glitches
