Something odd - while wandering far to the west and south in Skyrim, I came upon a severed goat's head stuck on a stick on the bank of a river. Is there a weird bandit cult that worships some unholy livestock deity out there in Western Skyrim?

Was a very 'Lord of the Flies' moment.
