Good place to sell dragon bonesscales

I want to sell this stuff and get some nice cash for a house. Wheres a good place to sell this stuff?

Sold some of mine at the general goods store in Whiterun, though the stupid low gold limit on the merchants makes it hard to get fast cash.

If you are leveling up smithing i suggest you keep them.

13 hours in... visited every major city apart from Markrath. And the only 'general' store I have found is in Riverwood... I don't think I'm looking hard enough.

Whiterun has a general store. Go to the market section and you'll find the building. It's to the right of the alchemy/potions shop.
