Goodwill gesture for European player

I am one of the unfortunates who bought bug version of Dawnguard in Europe.
In France, Mr Bethesda, if you buy a product that does not work properly, we exchange it or we refund it.
Your patch is still not arrived.
This was too much, we ask for a refund or a goodwill gesture on your part for all Europeen player.

PS: And stop saying that it's Microsoft's fault because they have rejected your patch, if you test your games correctly, you will not have any many Bug in your game ...
Where is your quality assurance? Probably in my.......hum.

Stop spreading false information. MS did not reject the patch, claiming so is a lie fullstop. The patch is in the hands of MS for verification at this time.

So Bethesda are liars? The patch had supposed out today because it was supposedly ALREADY in the hands of Microsoft.
But whatever, the only point important is that European players still can not play Dawnguard correctly. It is a shame for Bethesda. No official escuse, no goodwill gesture, NOTHING, we must just be "patient".

Stop now, Bethesda should do something.

The patch has been in the hands of MS since last week. Patch verification takes time, and an expected date was given to Bethesda by MS. MS did not keep to the date set, so the patch has slipped release date. There is NOTHING bethesda can do at this point in the process other than complain, its in the hands of MS. When MS are done then the patch will be uploaded.

I do not care to know where is the patch ... At Microsoft, Bethesda, Konami, Epic Game or lost in space. I paid 20 € for a game that does not work properly, I want to be compensated (all European Players).. Bethesda should take these responsibilities.

And i'm tired to read posts like: "they're working for us" ahahah do u really believe this?

You are not entitiled to any form of compensation, and Bethesda are under no obligation to even fix the problem. You only entitlement is a replacement version or a full refund. Bethesda are waiting for MS to upload the fix to the live network. If you want a refund you need to contact MS as it is they who sold you the content.

Im not defending anyone, Im simply stating fact. Its thread like this that cause consternation across the boards when someone reads information that is false and then proceeds to write angry and irate posts based on a lie perpetuated by someone who does not know any better.

He's neither defending Bethesda, nor Microsoft, he's just telling what's really going on. MANY people wait for moments like this to spread misinformation and troll to put a company in a bad light.

Theirs no need to do that, Bethesda done it already with releasing a unplayable dlc which they even didn't tested for 5 min. If the had they would have encountered that the new npc's are naked and the enemy's invisible.
Their is no need to defend bethesda nor to spread lies about this company imo. Let the facts do the talking.

Bethesda does not need anyone for to have a bad reputation ... Such as release a DLC totally buggy for European players, Congrats' to them !!!

i'm not hungry about the false info, i'm just hungry about this situation, cause it's very strange for a stupid patch all this time? i don't believe it, and the bugthesda continue to ignore us. When u put a add-on, game fro sale just ensure that u have tested it, that's all, if TES VI or another add-ons will exit i'll not buy it that's for sure
