Please Bethesda add it in a patch, make it so its a setting to be turned off or on but for the love of god if i chop some 1 up atleast let it be so there body parts fly off and blood sprays all over the place.

I think it's fine how it is. With the decapitation perks it happens just as much as I'd expect it to.
