When I click on the 'Sign Up' button, it gives me a

Is anyone else getting this? I tried Chrome and Firefox and neither worked. I know the email is legit, I checked to make sure it was the proper email that sent it out and I even went directly to the ESO site myself and tried the link and it still is giving me this error. In fact, it is giving me this error for anything I click on on this site...
