I downloaded the DLC, but what exactly do I need to do to get me a house? I already determined I wanted the house "Lakeview Manor" or something... the one near Falkreath and Riverwood.

Also, are their mannequins to put my armor on? Will all of my housecarls live there? Can I make all of my followers live there?
