Ha. I've checked my house, she didn't move in with me.

They should go back to where they originally were, it may take time. You have to remember they have to travel from Riften back to where they came from. When I married Ysolda it took her forever to get back to Whiterun, probably 2 in game days.

The problem is I can't remember where she came from. Not a clue. I had a fist fight with her somewhere and she said she was interested, I made her a follower.

I had this happen too. I married some chick at the inn, and she immediately left the temple. I couldnt' find here at her normal spots around town, or my home in Winterrun. Then again, I didn't look too long.

Reloaded and tried another person. She dissapeared too, and wasn't in any of here spots. So I just waited 48 hours, and I found here in town. Then I told here to move in with me

I guess you just have to wait a certain amount of time.

When you get married at the temple. It should give you the option to ask her to move in with you or you move into her place. Once I got married to Ysolda I told her just move in with me and when I got back to Whiterun she was not there so I waited for a day and she came around moved right in cooks for me and everything.
