k well i downloaded the new update to find out that my rank has been reset from 22 back to 1 just like i had never played the game but leaderboards still say i am 22 rank wtf

bump ya i talked to an ea rep and all he could say is sorry and what a coincidence his user name was ROLF but im sure it should of been ROFL cause i am sure they are Rolling On Floor Laughing at us they dont care they already made there money

The reset glitch is not a big deal, the big deal is that Crytek are doing **** all about it.

yeah I had that too - but wot the? - you can get back to 22 in no time at all. And it wasnt for nothing - you've got combat experience to rip through the 1-10 new player levels. Its not a complete loss. As to why - well any DLC patch will fix issues and reset things that we will never know about till afterwards. Dont expect an appology, afterall you are just another victim of the war against programming glitches.
