I need an advice. I can`t take a decision what to do next.

I met the Scribe a couple of days ago. (It`s a random encounter, you can invite him to be a legendary vendor in your settlement). He is terribly bugged (same as almost every other level 4 vendor) and dissapears from my settlement. I wrote a feedback to Bethesda. But I guess it will take a while to get all glitches fixed. So what do I do now with the Scribe? Should I just leave it like this ( he counts in the settlement population, takes a bed, but he is not really there), or should I load a save where I encounted him and just ignore him instead of sending to my settlement? I`m afraid that I will never meet him again, as it happened only once in 70+ levels. But I worry that leaving it like this can prevent him from being fixed when some new patches come out. And I really wanted to have all unique npc in my settlements. Maybe it sounds funny ( not a big deal) but ... Any help is appreciated.
