I think I know how they'll cram in dragons.

Time travel.

Even better: Altmers use Restoration magic to give life to Dragons who, of course, serve Queen Ayrenn, either that or they use Alteration magic to transform into Dragons.

I guess it is possible that Altmers make time travel possible, though.

Who cares how they do dragons?

We already know that there are a few alive at this point in time. They will introduce dragons how they want too, and they said that there are NO DRAGONS when the game releases.

Just think, first it'll start with Dragons, and then go onto have Dwemer, and...

...and that's how in 8 years time we'll have magical flying star chinese dragons and karate Panda people.

Dwemer are possible 1 is alive in that era so why shoudent we see him. Also there is a quest with timetravel so we could go back in time where dwemer were alive.
