Anyone else like me?

I'm so afraid of leaving an area without doing all the side quests it has to offer.

Solution?

My journal is swamped with side quests I'm too lazy to finish.

I told myself before the release that I'd finish every single quest in a city, then move to the next. But there's way too many...

See, if I felt like you do, I wouldn't have a problem. The thing is, I have multiple "main" quests leading me to other towns, but I just don't feel like I've done enough in my current city.
