Government petition

I have 2 questions are you allowed to post links on Beth forums to White house.gov websites to a petition. If so my follow up question is how do I get 24,999 signatures in 30 days. If The answer to the first question is yes I will post a link to the petition. According the Obama administration it takes 25,000 signatures to get a petition ratified and or looked at and replied to by the government.

No, you cannot secede from the union with 25,000 signatures, if that's what this is about.
