Usually about 100C before it will start having issues or causing the computer to restart/shutdown.

Boiling point of water... Nothing on the graphics card should have a boiling point close to 100C.

85C can be normal depending on the architecture.

What graphics card do you have?

I would say, that is about normal. You could use MSI afterburner or similar to adjust the fan profile to reduce the temperature.

After a quick google search, I found that most report having average high load temps around 70 and full load temps around 80 or so. So start to worry around 90, I'd say. Not too much, but just enough to motivate you to see what's up. ;)
