I'm running a HD5870 and I'm getting .5 FPS. I thought it was strange so I went to see what percent of the card was being used and I saw my fan was running on low and my usage on the GPU was 0%, Rage is the only game this happens on. Has anybody had a problem like this in the past and if so any suggestions to fix
