Grabing.

Does anyone else wish we had the Oblivion style of grabbing and dragging objects in Skyrim. Items are much more difficult to place when it automatically centers everything for us.

Eh, it's not like Oblivion was all that easy either.

I've noticed it is a bit more annoying to move stuff, and bodies are still obnoxious to drag around...

you can grab and move objects by pointing to an object and holding the use key

As someone who (for reasons that are on longer clear to me) spent hours placing books on shelves in my house in oblivion i am ecstatic that you can now just click on book cases and add things to them. plus the physics in oblivion made placing things with grab a frustrating mess of trial and error till you found the one spot to place that book/item that wouldn't send EVERY OTHER item in your house flying.

the issues i had placing objects in oblivion (as well as fallout3/nv) were that they did not center and tended to flop about, also that the models were not always the same shape as the object, notably in FO:NV a box of cram or whatever's model wasn't truely box shaped and would cause issues with stacking or making rows.

i have not really messed around with the object moving system in skyrim much, there is still quite a bit more interesting things of higher priority to me.
