Graphic card issue- Running 2 GeForce 9800GT 512MB DDR3 in S

Post » Sat May 12, 2012 11:56 am

Okay so i just started playing the game and i noticed a flicker of weird black frames throughout the entire game. I decided to update my driver for both of my graphic cards, still the problem occurs.

I am well above the requirements to play the game, but is my graphic card supported to play the game?

XFX 790i Ultra SLI ( FSB 1600MHZ)
Intel Dual Core 8500 ( 3.16 Ghz)
HYPERX 6GBS RAM (1600mhz)
SATA RAID 0 ( 2 western digital Caviar Black, 500GB 3.0GB/s)
Dual GeForce 9800 GT 512MB DDR3 ( SLI currently running, enabled)

Here are some screenshots of what the problem looks like.

Here is the problem almost at its worst.

Let me know if you need better screenshots, cuz these are nothing compared to when i step out into battle and under the open sky.

Running same video card, just one of them though, was having the issue when on high and highest World Detail. Turned world detail down to medium and haven't had that problem since.

Having the same problem

VC:two GeForce 8800 GTs SLI (graphics drivers up to date)
MB:Gigabyte GA-M547SLI-S4
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 3GHz
Windows 7 64bit

hoping for a patch soon :)

the problem if fixed if environment graphics are set to Medium, but really if I wanted crappy graphics i'd have purchased this for the PS3 or XBox, not the PC.

Turn off motion blur and it will fix this issue.

So, is there going to be a driver soon?

I tried Motion blur off, did not work

I tried AllowD3D10=True, took away the initial problem, but gave color displacement problems such as, Red Flames instead of white flames for the portal used to exchange magic. Red Flame on the green spirits when activated with death stone, also a orange tint when near the spirits talking instead of darkened teal-ish green aura.

Setting World Detail to Medium works best for initial problem, but i want to play on highest setting.

I understand my card is on the minimum requirements, but why can my card still play without bogging down on highest?

Developers need to just find a way to get rid of the Black grids on highest settings and all are happy.

again a stupid fix but possibly the best one yet... disable SLI and you can crank the World Detail to Highest and it'll work
