I called bethesda and they trouble shooted my game to determine that my PS3 and my friends mine is the older version and my friends is the new slimmer ones are defective ps3. Thinking it might be the disk i returned it and got a new one, same thing on both ps3's Ive seen CRAZY fps drops and well most annoying of all the glitch lines. Quick summary of what Ive seen : Random pyramids of dirt/snow/sand extending into the sky, trees and other objects extending into the sky, OHH and my favorite random pieces of snow go from the color white into the color of a rainbow.
