I'm not exactly sure where to put this thread, but hopefully this place suffice. So I've been fortunate enough to be gifted a personal computer and Skyrim to boot, with Dawnguard. I've been playing the game for about 12 hours total without any problems, and I recently bought Hearthfire for future play. To the problem: I found Barbas outside Falkreath to begin his quest. I then followed him and I started to notice that he begun to "jump" up & down in the air when walking. When I say jump I mean that he walks in the air. I was quite amazed about his skills as I ventured forward to his master.
After all that business was done he was finally a companion that will follow me instead to find his master's axe, but now when I walk near any water, or so it seems, graphical issues occurs (Blinking textures of some kind) including audio scratches when it so happens. Whilst this is going on with random intervals, Barbas does his "jump" again at the same time, almost as he is the cause of this. I restarted the game, but the problem still persists. It is very hard to explain this, and it so happened right after I found Barbas & my purchase with Hearthfire. Come to think about it, I also saw a noble on a horse in the long distance doing the "jump" too, but when he became clear it stopped. It is so strange
It would be much appreciated if anyone would help me troubleshoot this, since I'm not particularly good with computers.
