Graphical Tearing after installing FAQ graphical driver upda : Othor Games

So i went ahead and followed this post:

And now I'm getting graphics tearing.....

same issue here, game actually got worse after that update...

I'm going back to 11.8, was blury when i turned but didnt get the tearing.
