So apparently I have been fortunate with how well my game runs, as the only big problem I have had so far is occasional freezing. But now I've been running into a situation where Great Khans are running up to me to start dialogue, and it zooms to them, then just zooms back out and they walk off. I don't know if they are just trying to give me items for having a good Rep with them, or if they are trying to give me a quest. Trying to talk to them does nothing.

The Great Khans are in Red Rocks Canyon. This issue started there, but continued as I encountered them elsewhere in the Wasteland.

Yes, i'm also facing this situation. when i was sleeping in lucky 38 i got waken up with Khans but they just said nothing to me.
when i was walking in strip they came to me, zoom up and zoom back, nothing happened.
i'm wondering what are they going to say to me.
