Oh great Skyrim modding community, enlighten me.

I want to download Skywind.But my crappity-crap-crapski PC doesn't open it for some reason(the website).I need a full report as in how finished the mod is, is it installable, etc...you know what to do.PS:I have Morrowind GOTY.
