Gregor the Housecarl

Does anyone know where or how I can find Gregor. I've obtained my deed and began to build. I still have'nt gotten the offer from the Jarl to obtain Gregor. Help Please!

become thane if u haven't,i was thane walked in to buy the property and he introduced himself to me,if your already thane go look 4 him in the jarl's house,or idk he may be patrolling the property already

You have to become thane. You can get the house before you are thane.

This. If you're a Thane, then when you enter the Hall, Gregor approaches and introduces himself. Its "follow me boyo", and you're on your way.

I need to try it again then. Because I am Thane and I still have not found him. I found the other two housecarls with no problem. thanks.

Doesn't he have to be a Thane anyway to get the deed/plot?

No. But he may have to help out the town first.

Oh, you're right. You have to own property before you become a thane (at least before Hearthfire). Had it mixed up. ;)

Yeah you have to help in order for skald to sell you the property.

Try reloading this happened to me in Falkreath my housecarl Rayya never showed when i was appointed Thane. When i reloaded she appreared
