Grenade Rifle VATS twitch/flashing :/ : Fallout: New Vegas

Hi everybody,

Would it be possible for any of you to make a small fix for the screen twitching present when using Grenade Rifle in VATS.
It occurs in 00:21 and 00:24 part of the below attached video, just before and after shooting a grenade.

Might just be a game engine glitch. I have no idea really.

Welcome back.
I made a video so that you could see exactly what I mean.
The said glitching appears whenever using the rifle in VATS, just before and after giving a shot.
Doeas the same glitching turns up during your gameplay? Is it something normal?
