Did a google and forum search but came up empty.

Every once in a while, I get a thin, grey bar show up in the bottom right corner of the screen, where the stamina bar would be. Haven't seen a pattern of when it pops up yet, but when it does it is either FULL or about 90% full.

Anyone know?

That shows the current charge level of the enchanted item you are using.

I hope you mean weapons only. There isn't a charge meter on clothing and armor this time, is there?

No charge on armors.

And the original reply is correct, it's the enchant charge. It shows up on whatever side of the screen you have your enchanted weapon on.

For example, I was dual wielding, and had my enchanted sword in my left hand. The gray bar was on the left side of the screen above magicka, instead of over stamina.
