When I made it to level 20 on my character I instantly chose the Grim Reaper's Sprint perk. It doesn't work. :sadvaultboy: Whenever I kill an enemy in VATS, I still have to wait for my AP to recharge. Hope you guys can fix this.

Grim Reaper's Sprint now only rewards 20 AP back upon a successful kill in VATS instead of all AP spent (like in Fallout 3).

In my opinion, it really helps the balance of the game this way.
