I've noticed that the male texture for Grimy Pre-war Businesswear is identical to the model of the Dirty Pre-War Businesswear (i.e. they both are light grey pinstriped suits, rather than the Grimy variant being plain dark grey). As the female textures do not share this issue, I think that this is a bug or mis-code. Are there any plans to fix this? I'd like to have my character able to wear a black suit.

don't bother asking, it'll never be fixed.
