I researched some info on this and apparently in an interview from 2 of the developers that talk about combat, it's a cooperation tactic rather than your usual trinity that you expect from an MMORPG. Meaning, that you and your allies in a group must cooperate to build synergy for more powerfull attacks. Also, to build synergy, you must always have the right amount of stamina and timing in order to beat your opponents. It sounds like the system has nothing to do whether or not who's going to tank an opponent and heal an ally and it has to do more with how often your going to take those crucial right decisions and build synergy. The game is based on building synergy to win the combat. But what about if your up against 1 opponent? How do you build synergy? Just by blocking? or will we have skills that will facilitate the accumulation of synergy as we level as well? In other words, if the game's synergy build is based on cooperation and decisions and not with skills, then in a 1 on 1 combat situation say if you block succesfully or avoid a trap continuously you can kill someone with 1 blow? It's a little confusing. Maybe I should wait for more info. Any thoughts?
