i am in near tears cause your dlc is not working as it should it is literally crashing every 10 sec in my falkreath home ( major issue cause it makes game unplayable) the weapon cases doesn't work ( which isn't the big issue) all i ask is for you to kindly fix and resolve the issue least the crashing part. i will appreciate if you replied saying that your working on the issues at hand. funny thing is it never did that till recently after i finished the college of winterhold quests was working fine i was able to go in my house and do what i like now it freezes my house so now i got to find how to remove my family. i wonder maybe if xbox gets to hot it will crash the game

Try removing all the Carpenter's Workbenches in the house, and see if that helps against the crashes.
