Is there a place where I can find the Falkreath Guard Armor + Helmet + Shield after completing the Stormcloak civil war quest http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Rescue_from_Fort_Neugrad

I usually just get my armor and shields for all the holds doing the civil war quest and from the dead bodies left by dragon attacks. You do Dawnguard you could even get some guard armor from vampire attacks if you let them kill off a few guards.

You can occasionally buy armor, but I have never seen a merchant with any shields for sale, all mine came from dead guards, apart from an enchanted Solitude shield I got as a reward. There is a Whiterun shield on display in Whiterun, but it is just a common guards shield, nothing special.
