The redoran guards will not yield and talk to me about paying debt. I'm confused. Any tips or suggestions?

Kill a guard, you might get the bounty, then yield. See if that works.

Try calming them or travel away and then come back a few days later.

I had an invisible dragon fly over me. Not sure if that has anything to do with DB or not. The controller vibrated and I heard a big whooshing sound.

the Redoran Guards are drunks... you probably hit one on accident and they took it for murder. anywho, this tends to happen to me a lot throughout skyrim.. dang guards can't tell the difference between accidentally stealing a cup and going on a killing spree.


a bit off topic but yeah this happened to me while i was taking a stroll in Solitude.. then i randomly absorbed a dragon soul, i ran around trying to find out where the corpse is but couldn't find anything... my search ended in that area at the bard's college where that festival takes place and then a dragon skeleton fell on me.... one of the most confusing moments i've had in skyrim.
