I have never seen such an Ugly helmet on such an ANNOYING HEAD!

I can honestly say that in my whole time playing Skyrim, I've never seen a guard wearing a leather helmet. I've seen them wearing a hide helmet however, if that's what you meant.

Haven't seen guards with leather helmets on their domes. Have seen them wearing scaled helmets - those puppies are U.G.L.Y. things

The one wearing the hide helmet is in Darkwater Crossing. I'm not sure about where this one supposedly wearing the leather helmet is, though. I've never seen him/her myself.

You mean during Dragon Rising? They're like that, I assume, because they're made to spawn like Stormcloak mooks, so they won't try and arrest you. But that's just my guess.

Never seen the Leather Guard.



But In all of my games, I see a guard with a Leather Helmet in Whiterun
