So I was on my way to do the first Legion quest at Fort H(something) and I happened upon a "Stormcloak Courier." Now, considering the Empire is at war with these guys, I decided to attack him. Boom, 40 gold bounty. Now, when I get near any Solitude guards or fast travel into the city, the whole populace goes crazy and slaughters me(even though they're aligned with the Empire.......). I've tried yielding (sitting there with a sheathed weapon, pressing A) but to no avail. Any thoughts on what the hell is going on?
