A guide to obtaining high level staves. : V

Just thought we could build a guide, explaining any methods of obtaining the rare high level staves in skyrim. Very few of them have guaranteed locations. This will contain a few small spoilers, I'll put any big ones in spoiler tags.

Staff of ice storm/fireball/chain lightning
- One can be brought right a the beginning of the game from the Wylandriah, the court mage of Riften, in Mistveil Keep. The element is random, but I imagine you can save a zone or two zones away and reload to get the right staff. You can also steal it from her or kill her for it.
- Found on higher level falmer in the dawnguard DLC, various medium-high level enemy mages, medium-high level forsworn mages and dragon priests. Krosis and Vokun carry a staff of fireballs.
- The 'eye of melka' is a forsworn style staff of fireball, can be obtained through a quest in blind cliff cave, northeast of Markarth.
- Tolvald's crossing contains a guaranteed staff of fireball, according to the wiki.

Staff of incineration/icy spear/thunderbolt:
- Random high level loot in chests, once you hit level 34.
- I believe I have a guaranteed method of getting one of these though, it involves the dawnguard DLC:

In the Inner Sanctum, near the end of the dawnguard/vampire questline. If you meet the level requirement (34) the frozen falmer may have one of these staffs, I've found a staff of incineration on a previous character from this. So I imagine you can save one/two zones away, then reload until you get an expert destruction staff.

Staff of flame/frost/storm wall:
- Dropped by dragon priests, two of them are called 'dragon priest staff' but they function the same. Another called Henvnoraak's staff is the same as storm wall.
- Random loot after level 34.
- Staff of hag's wrath, same as flame wall. Found from a quest in Darklight tower, south west of Riften.

Staff of paralysis:
- Snapleg cave contains a guaranteed staff even at level one, west of Riften.
- Random loot after level 34.

Staff of flame/frost/storm atronach:
- Can be crafted at the atronach forge, right at the beginning of the game.

Staff of dread zombie:
- In the random encounter with an 'aspiring mage', you can steal it, kill him for it or take it through speech. Can be obtained early on.

Sanguines rose (summon dremora lord) is found through a quest once you hit level 10, someone will approach you in a random inn.
Wabbajack is found in a quest, started in solitude, speak to a beggar in the street about his master.
Skull of corruption is obtained in a quest, started in Dawnstar. Speak to the mara preist in the inn.
