Guild content for Elder Scrolls Online

Have you ever felt some online games never really expand the ability of guild content? That if you want to organize a group meeting you have to arrange times or look on forums and designate a place in the game you all have to meet? - I have, its so frustrating.

I have always thought about possible ideas for games, always thought "what if this was in there". Rather then say anything I just shut up and played the game enjoying it with what it all ready had, but always felt that longing sensation of how much better it would be if it had implemented a similar idea to what I had in mind. Like having a game that grows with a player and a guild such as dynamic buildings and towns, cities throughout Tamriel? For example, quests and events which lead to the expansion of said towns which are on the war fronts of each zone, in turn are impinged by raiding parties and attacks that can decimate a town completely and capture it if not defended by players. OR it repels the attack suffering minimum damage allowing for it to expand further.

Could this idea be adapted further and introduced for major guilds which can build there own guild town instance? where through economic management of guild members generate an income which is used to purchase specific items for guild members (Aesthetic items mainly) or expansion of the small town right through to a small city.
each instance could have its own dynamic quest elements such as constructing a mine but one of the mine shafts breaks through a hollow point that leads in to a huge cavern filled with spiders or stumble upon treacherous Dwemer ruins containing puzzles and riddle that if passed you find ancient artifacts that provide small bonuses and the ability to display them in your guild town museum that other players in the game can come and see and see how you and your guild friends have built there town.
Agriculture aspects such as developing fields of crops to feed the population of your town and have events such as Giants passing through with there herds of mammoths or night raids by Falmer. Possible fishing ports where you can purchase upgrades for your ships to reel in more food allowing for the population to expand.
Its not an advantage if you have a town its a possible venue for addition content that does not upset the lore behind ESO but adds more social events that the entire guild/world can enjoy.
Obviously this is a HUGE addition to the all ready massive game but small side quests like this makes the game more like ES games where you could purchase your house and upgrade it.Stumble upon dungeons and ruins for you to explore.
I'm not thinking ESO wont be good enough, it looks amazing but there is always room to expand!
What do people think?

Post your idea's on possible things ZeniMax online could put together in future content and updates and hope ZeniMax online look at the ideas and take it to the production board and table to discuss!

Well one of the main things im looking forward to my guild holding a keep in Cyrodiil. Being able to level in PVE near it and even do close by dungeons, while being ready to run back and defend teh second enemy players attack it. Helping to upgrade it and collect resources for it. It looks like it will be very similiar to the system in Darkage of Camelot. Holding a keep for you realm showed who your guild was and it was like your guilds home that you felt like you had to protect.
