Because it is seriously bugging me.

Aside from the Majestic, NO gun in this game uses a clip. It's called a magazine (or mag for short). Please stop calling them clips unless you actually do mean clips.

Second, no weapon in this game (besides the hologram/grenade launcher) are single shot. When you are firing 1 round at a time, it called semi-automatic. Single shot means you need to reload and charge ever time you pull the trigger.

or single means you need to manually load another bullet into the chamber after every shot. It doesnt mean you need reload after every shot. You sir need to brush up on your gun terms also.
