Gut in Evening

I know this isn't a workout site, but I've been wondering this for a while.

I work out and am not fat in the slightest. In the morning, my belly is slim but by the evening it is extended and I look 4 months pregnant (I'm a guy, by the way).

I don't really eat crap too often but still, everyday without fail, my gut extends out.

What's happening here?

I'm not saying this is what it is by any means (I'm not a doc), however, gluten intolerance can cause that.

So can drinking soda... or anything fizzy.

So can eating gas-producing foods.

If you're concerned see a doc. If you're curious, you could try going to gluten-free for a couple of weeks and see if the symptoms improve. However, gluten-free is not for the faint of heart.

What foods produce a lot of gas?

I'm angry because I'm trying to build up muscle and so far it's looking good but I hate that from around 4:00pm to the morning, my belly is bulging. I'm trying to gain better abs and this just looks strange. Also, why does my belly flatten out in the morning even if I don't poop the night before?

That's what I was thinking. Still, does anyone else get this noticeable bloating in the evening?

How much starch do you have in your diet? stuff like white bread, potatos etc.
