I feel like I'm missing out, but can't reload because the bugs happened so long ago. I'm on 360. Anyone have any luck solving the following?:

1. I can't buy the home in Windhelm. I completed the Dark Brotherhood quests before I started Blood on Ice. I couldn't even get the BOI quest to start actually. But the woman with the key committed suicide and her body is long gone. I tried to go to the Hall of the Dead, but I only found one coffin and it didn't have the key.

2. I can't complete the Thieves Guild line. Brynjolf won't give me the next thing (it says speak to him. He just says 'sorry lad I'm busy').

3. I can't complete Waking Nightmare. I entered the door to the Nightcaller Temple at the same time as him and he just completely disappeared. No where to be found.


Now I thought I had downloaded a patch but I'm not very x-box inclined so I might've downloaded something wrong. Were these fixed? Does someone have a solution? Sorry if this has been asked, I'm new here.

Also lately I've had trouble with dragons running straight into the ground and skidding, not being able to collect their souls when they die.
