Half-Moon Mill Ghost Town : V

Let's just say I encountered a dragon attack at the Half-Moon Mill the other day while accumulating massive amount of lumber. I had a stellar working relationship with Hert. Unforutnately, she was KIA, along with her companion. I recieved a letter of inheritance from the Falkreath Jarl and a measly 90 septim (100 minus 10 for the tax).

Is it possible for this location to repopulate or is this a permanent ghost town?

I don't think any of the named NPCs respawn (unless you use the hack method of killing the essential ones

). I've never seen it happen and I'm about 99% sure they don't.

That location would be especially shocking for a respanw because

There are several places to chop wood unless you're RPing that that's the only place or if that's the only place you can get lumber for Hearthfire building projects.
