Well the topic title shows my question a bit already i guess. I like the quest http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:The_Forsworn_Conspiracy, but what i do not like is that it gets started automatically when you enter Markath and walk on the Market place. Now there are mods that halt the beginning quests for the DB and Thieves guild, so my question is this....

Has any of the Mod authors here ever thought about making a mod that changes this particular quest, so that it does not start automatically when you enter Markath? Maybe it could be changed so that you first need to find some letter or something from Madanach?
