Is Haming adoptable?

I've wondered if I could adopt Haming for the longest time. Though I haven't gotten around to trying it and don't want to just in case I can't.
He'd be such a cool son to have, for one he has a great backstory. He, like I, has survived Helgen. His father is killed by Alduin in Helgen, and I being Dragonborn have slain Alduin. Somewhat avenging his father, and now the boy lives in a small shack with his grandfather Froki deep in the woods of Riften. Froki has a side quest allowing for some sort of 'trial'. I complete it and he see's me as a great candidate to take care of Haming.
Haming even claims he's going to kill a dragon one day. Perfect son for a Dragonborn!
Anyway, I digress.

So does anyone know if Haming ( http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Haming ) is adoptable?
