Didn't see any other thread, but it would alarum me if no-one was celebrating this most fun holiday. So, if there already is one, lock this up and point me in its direction.

Today, May 25 (in the US, at least...) is Towel Day. This day celebrates/commemerates/pays tribute to Douglas Adams and the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series. You should carry around a towel, or at least know where one is.

Happy Towel Day everyone. I just got back from the store. I purchased hundreds of towels. Believe it or not I've celebrated this holiday for years!
