So, your hard drive is two weeks old in your original post and making a noise, you're 100% sure it's the HDD why didn't you return it to where it was you purchased it?

firstly I have heard that some harddrive make harmless noises
secondly I didn't buy it myself, the computer was a gift for me
thirdly the place where the computer was ordered from is located 500miles away

If it isn't already, putting your CPU on a completely level surface can help.

Might be a bit hard to get out of the case.
