For those of you who played morrowind, and in particular bloodmoon, this return to solstheim sounds like it's been mostly quite rewarding and enjoyable. You've been seeing dunmer buildings, vegetation, wildlife, scenery and so forth, all updated with a fresh, strong graphics engine, and you've even had the chance to revisit some places you remember from the good old days.
All well and good.
However:
STORY is what made morrowind and it's expansions so memorable. The visuals/images were quite unique in their time, but are admittedly dated at this point; and the game mechanics, though impressive in their day, are behind the times at this juncture.
But the stories, and the level of detail and imagination that went into them - those really burned themselves into your memories.
So I ask you:
How well has Dragonborn satisfied you from the STORY point of view? Does it compare favorably with Morrowind and its expansions? ANd I don't mean just the MQ, but all the other quests and adventures as well.
I have no opinion on the subject, since I'm a PC user. I'm very much interested in your take on it, though.
