Hard to Tell When You've Completed Questlines?

Anyone else feel like this is true? The only way I can know that I've completed them (even the MQ) is when I look at the 'Questlines Completed' stat.

Well I tend to get a big message on my screen telling me when I complete objectives, and if I don't receive any more objectives, then the quest is over.

Of course, if the quest isn't in your journal, that's also a bit of a hint.

Yeah I suppose that's true, I guess I was just commenting on the fact that at the end of some of the questlines I've completed it feels like there could be more.
