Was wondering if fast travel would still be a possibility in hardcoe mode considering all the survival related additions. Just figure that fast travel would kind of knock down the difficulty a little bit if you start suffering from dehydration or sleep dep. and instead of having to rough it and find resources to survive you just jump to civilization.

Yes you can use fast travel. But your hydration and sleep bar will take some hits depending on how far yur going.
