Im level 22 at the moment. Started exploring north and got my [censored] kicked around Dawnstar. Are the areas in the north harder then the southern regions? (Or was i just having a bad night...) It would be nice to know there are regions that are generally harder so ive got something to look forward to when ive levelled up some more.

My bet is that the scaling is done in chunks... like the leveled items. So when you enter a new chunck, at say... level 22, things seem harder all of a sudden.
